This 1929 Tudor was a bit cramped for a
family of four. Our Client wanted a master
bedroom suite with plenty of closets, an
expanded dining room and a mudroom for the
service entrance. The cantilevered second
floor allowed us to add  the spaces required
while complying to zoning restrictions. The
resulting alcoves will include a bench to
augment afternoon and evening party seating
